Swetha Nooli is a highly specialized Physiotherapist with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Neurology and Psychosomatic Disorders. Her passion lies in understanding how the nervous system shapes movement, pain, and recovery — and helping patients reconnect with their bodies in a meaningful way. Swetha’s work bridges the gap between neurological health and physical function. She is certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion Management, and supports individuals navigating vertigo, balance challenges, and post-concussive symptoms with thoughtful, evidence-based care. She understands how unsettling these conditions can feel and focuses on restoring not just function, but confidence. In her clinical practice, Swetha combines advanced Manual Therapy and Dry Needling with strong expertise in acute care patient handling, allowing her to support patients from the earliest stages of recovery through to long-term rehabilitation. She brings both technical precision and a deep appreciation for neuroplasticity and mind-body connection to every treatment plan. Above all, Swetha is committed to personalized, precision-based care — helping each patient restore balance, movement, and independence in a way that feels sustainable and empowering.
